Join us on Tuesday, November 20 at 6:00 pm for a five-course tasting menu, paired with ten wonderful BC wines.
Executive Chef Roy Flemming’s signature brand of rustic comfort food will be paired with two unique Okanagan-grown wines during each course. We’re looking forward to taking our guests on a guided tour through the celebrated vineyards of BC’s Okanagan Valley. Throughout the night, we’ll highlight the different terroir and micro-climates of the region that influence the grapes and help to create memorable wines.
All 10 wines have been hand-selected by Sommelier Colin Ross, who will co-host the event alongside BC Wine Shop Owner and Okanagan Valley authority Gerrit Van Staalduinen. Tickets are $95 all inclusive.
