Tuc’s vintage cocktail bar harkens back to 1867, when John “Gassy Jack” Deighton arrived on the south shore of Burrard Inlet with a barrel of whiskey and built the first saloon in Vancouver. It’s the perfect place to meet friends after a long day at work for some relaxed drinks, start or end a night out, or wind down before dinner.

The cocktails on Tuc’s menu range from refreshing tipples to strong and serious, all crafted using the finest spirits, fresh produce and house-made ingredients including bitters and shrubs.

We have carefully selected wines that reflect the best qualities of the regions in which they were born, whether from the vineyards of the Okanagan or around the world. Most importantly, we believe that the best meals are always enjoyed with wine, so we provide our guests with exceptional value through bottle prices that give them the chance to explore some outstanding varietals without breaking the bank.

Celebrating the revival of craft beer in BC, we also pride ourselves on stocking some of the best local beer and cider that reflect the personalities of their brewmasters and change regularly, along with some international standouts.
